Hi everybody! Hmmm either I really have nothing to blog recently or too lazy haha. Too lazy as in too lazy to switch on my laptop, too lazy to upload pictures and too lazy to take pictures. You see it's all facebook and twitter's fault haha.

Oh recently I went to Mediacorp Radio for a "competition"! It was really an experience! I get to see a few artist along the way to the station V^^. Oh here's a picture. Didn't take any picture with the djs because.. sigh my phone is with the boy. I was the banana girl that day because.. they found me on NAFA's Fruity Day, I was distributing... bananas. Xiang jiao mei was my name. ROAR!

The competition works like this.

1) They take a picture of you

2) Post it up on their facebook page

3) See how many LIKEs you have

4) Your performance on air

5) Announce result the following Friday

A lot of people, friends or relatives, 10 out of 10 comment that I look 101% different. Gee I don't know man.

In Primary school.

I know I slimmed down.. ok actually, I didn't really slim down, I just got taller. Weight is almost the same. I did braces, so that I can smile with my teeth shown. God gave me a cheaper version of plastic surgery, when once I had an infection in one of my eyelid, I need to do an operation and wala I have visible double eyelids!! For one eye only fml. The other one became quite visible after puberty though.

I still think I look the same though just that I know how to dress up and take care of my image now ya.

The Proposal

On that very day, which was also my 22nd birthday, something speical happened:) Well the day started off as a normal day. We lunched at Sushi Tei.

and as usual, WE camwhored. Yes WE haha.

We headed to Singapore Art Science Museum to try our luck for some great exhibits. On our way there, we saw a very interesting vending machine. Calvin Klein briefs machine. LOL!

LV Maison. I call it Pulau LV. It is LV's first maison in Southeast Asia.

Wolfgang Puck!! He's one of the guest judge from Hell's Kitchen!! He has a restaurant here in MBS! Two Michelin stars chef!!

Okok here's the part you all been waiting for. We went on to Singapore Flyer for Sky Dining! It was supposed to be a birthday surprise but it turned out to be a bigger, sweeter surprise!

Dining in the sky! To be really honest, the food there is bleh. But it's the thought that counts. My dear boy planned everything just for me:)) I told him every girl's dream is to have a perfect proposal. A proposal only comes once in a lifetime.

Halfway through dinner, he handed me a card, a birthday card hand written and drawn by him:)

He handed me another card, but I haven't even had the chance to glance at it (wrong timing dee haha), he stood up and kneel with a ring. Here's the funny part: He held the box up side down, I even had to tell him "I think you have to hold it the other way round" hahaha. The crew from no where handed me a bouquet of roses. The shock mode just switch on in me I couldn't react! I said YES:)

I'm engaged!!

He tweeted with this picture: With da bling and de roses... She agreed to marry me!! :)

I was busy replying to all the wishes haha.

I love you darling:) Thank you for everything you've done for me. I know many people thought it's a risk to get married at such a young age. A risk must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. I have tons of choices out there in the world. I can find a richer one, a better looking one or even a higher educated one. Finding the above ain't easy I must say, but what is more difficult is to find someone who really cares for you and love you from his heart. A person who cares for you>money. I'm opening a new chapter of my life and would very much want you to be part of my adventure. Darling let's make it a sexy one!

(PS: Heh it's so great to find that one special person you want to annoy for the rest of your life) Haha.

I can't wait to blog about the proposal ( yes Lee Siew Tin is engaged!!) and bombard the entry with loads of pictures! But you see the princess is down with flu and slight fever. Stop sneezing you nose.

Monday we had our Mid-Autumn Celebration for the staff and students by us.

Played some games. They had to send a representative to memories items from an enclosed box, go back to their team, wear a mask and mimic the items out without speech. You should see how they mimic angry bird out hahaha!

Each team were supposed to tear shapes of Merlion, Sir Stamford Raffles, Esplanade, Singapore, lantern and banana tree. Can you identify them hahaha. xD

Take note: In 10 years time I'll be darn rich because this was teared out by a Singapore famous artist.

Bread toy! I took the doughnut one and was thinking of buying those Japanese toy pastry deco to deco it but was too damn lazy.

Mid-autumn celebration for the students but looks more like a popiah party.

Mid-autumn gathering at Pasir Ris Park

Two posts for today. Actually I blogged the previous post yesterday. We gi nas were supposed to go Marina Barrage but the weather's a bitch therefore we decided to picnic at Pasir Ris Park instead. Enjoy the pictures!

A sudden pour after we packed our stuff. We were all drenched like mad (except for mk haha). We waited at the pit stop for the rain to stop. Had pepper lunch for dinner and said bye bye to everyone. I made a stop to Tampines Mall to get moon cakes for my future in laws (heehee). It feels so good to have a nice warm bath after being drenched. I think I'm gonna get sick tomorrow. I can feel my head is hurting now. No not lying.

Sarah, MK and I were supposed to meet to have a picnic at Marina Barrage but no thanks to the weather, we decided to try our luck tomorrow *guan yin ma please let us have our picnic tomorrow*.

This mooncake my boy got for my family from some hotel is freaking awesome! Pure durian flesh inside!

After a whatsapp group chat (without Sarah because this pig dozed off), MK and I met for dinner at Thai Express.

Cleared Tom Yum soup. Peaceful as it looks, try tasting it, woot! ITS A BOMB!

Farewell Dinner to my old friend

The venue was supposed to be at Timbre Old School but they didn't get our reservations so a boooo for them. We didn't know the reservation failed. The three of us, ah pek, uncle and myself went ahead to Old School first without waiting for the rest and got that bad news. Never reserve your seats online! But we got us three iced cold beer and a duck pizza first before joining the rest at Bobby's oops. Haha.

Steak! I like it bloody. Someday, soon I hope, I wanna try RARE! Okay I'll start off with mid-rare first.

Today's the awesomest day! I was bitten by lan duo cong and decided to take an urgent leave V^^. Got a kbkb message from boss early in the morning but who cares. Few hours later, my boy too had been bitten by lan duo cong hahaha xD

Went to his house and sneakily bit into his moon cake because I was so so hungry (mk's fault)

Finally Little Miss Late and I had our first meal at 2:45pm. (mk's fault again) Settled at Bedok Point Chicken Pot. Once is enough. Never try whatever mk reco. Her nice equals to our not nice. Hahaha!

So we went on to get lanterns for our moon cake gathering this coming Saturday. Not easy to find old fashioned lantern nowadays, all ugly, plasticky and battery operated.

Sorry photo time again. Nothing exciting happen in my life recently so really nothing much to blog about. My boy bought an angry bird flat bottle for me and a blue one for himself! We used to have the same water bottle before, again a blue and a red but I lost mine:(

My stupid hair is taking forever to dry. I've blown it but still damp. Okay so while waiting for it to dry, let me blog. Look at the queue to H&M. Three words- queue queue queue~ You've got to queue to get in, queue for the fitting room and queue for payment.

So I am supposed to work today but the boy told me not to. I decided to go down anyway to sneak a few glances at my busy boy. Bought mini doughnuts for him. The crowd was as usual, crazy. A tiko uncle half a head shorter than me followed me and kept asking me to be his friend. Sorry dude there's a height limit. Took some random pictures inside the store while waiting.

Went on to search for a perfect bikini in hoping that someone will take me to the beach (haha) and nope I'm not hinting my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I ain't a beach person. I find that Peak and Pine bikinis are a bit too cutesy loaded with thick paddings. Eww. Decided to try Seafolly at Wisma Atria. I love love love their designs and cuttings. Couldn't decide on which one to get!

Taking time off my sleep to blog and I think I deserve a round of applause. Make that two rounds! Right. I went to the hospital after work today to visit my grandma (THAT HORRIGIBLE SHUTTLE BUS TOOK FOREVER TO COME PUI!). The sight of her makes me feel sad. I couldn't even recognised her at first. Well partly because of the bandage across her face but she got way skinnier. She can hardly move. The last time I saw her was during Chinese New Year. Damn that was long. Half a year gone and she has lost half of herself. My grandma suffered a lot these few years. She went through breast cancer, followed by removing her uterus. Imagine the pain she had gone through. Brave woman.

The elderly have earned their place here with us and they should be given the respect they deserve. They should be taken care of just like they have taken care of us. They should be loved just like they loved us. And they should be protected and served the way they have protected and served us. It's a cycle get it? Each one of us is human, regardless of age.

Taking care of the elderly is not easy. Emotional issues, buried for decades come to the fore and are tested. Elderly tend to think that they are a burden to us young people. If you put it that way, everyone is a burden to someone am I right?
Woah woah enough of my da dao li. Bet you all are falling asleep soon. Go wash your face. Humph!

My first post. My third blog.

Yep this is actually my third blog. I like to start afresh weird I know. I have a sudden urge to blog again so yea there you go. I was thinking about what to blog, what pictures to include for my first post and the only pictures I have in this laptop that I am temporary using now (my lappy died sobs) are pictures of my newest tattoo. Side track a bit, this laptop that I'm hitting on now has a missing piece. No ENTER key:(

Okay back to the topic of ink. Basically I started to fall for ink when I was.. younger. Couldn't remember exactly when but oh wells. I had my first at 17. A rose on my finger. Why a rose? Alright behind every tattoo, there is a story. Mine.. well.. I wanted a permanent ring. LOL. Yea it's that simple. I love all sorts of ring. Rings are the best accessories ever (to me)!

Oh the ring below was from my boy for my 21st birthday. Time flies. I am going to turn 22 soonish in 21 days sighhh. Growing up is tough. Okay enough said.

My latest freshly inked ink about a month old. Left shows right after being tattooed. Red, sore and burning sensation, in another word, PAIN. It wasn't that bloody. All I smelt were chemicals and alcohol, you know to sterilise whatever that needs to eliminate.

Oh you guys probably think what the heck is Vivere Senza Rimpianti huh. "Live without regrets" in Italian. Life is short in short.
